Strophanthus (Strophanthus kombe olia) Weak heart action due to muscular debility, heart cases complicated with dropsy, in alcoholic hearts, palpitation with breathlessness, rapid irregular pulse.
Karpura (Cinnamomum camphora) Heart stimulant, in shock and poor circulation, sudden sinking of heart, weak pulse
